Deciding the Magic of Body Languages

A woman sits at a family table with her hands joined together and as she speaks she sends both hands to the side with the palms open. What is she saying? She is saying that she is involved in a conversation with the family and that her opened palms are making the final point.

As a man sits and speaks about an issue, he claps his hands first together at the base of his lap, and shortly raises his arms, folding them to his chest. Some people may see this as a defense signal, while others realize that most men will cross their hands over their chest area while speaking. This is a common gesture that men will make, and does not always mean the person is on the defense. If the
person has his hands cupped in his lap, some people may see this negatively, while others realize that men will often maneuver the hands/feet, arms and the like to a comfortable position while speaking.

Men will also sit with there legs slightly apart while sitting, which means they are relaxed and open to talk. Some will even move their leg back and forth while talking, but it doesn't necessary mean the person is anxious or nervous.

Men's body languages differ than women's languages. Women may approach a man in a different light than what a man will approach a woman. This includes in interviews, at public meetings, in intimate situations and so on. There is no one way to really read body languages because we all see the languages in different light. It takes you to decide what the body is saying, yet the words are what you want to focus on. While many will tell you that the body speaks louder than words, this is far removed from the truth.

If a person is vocalizing his words in clear light there is no reason not to believe that he is trying to say something else. This country is notorious for tearing down our humane traits, including our words and language of the body.

The body may work consciously or un-consciously as the mouth expresses language. The body doesn't necessary dig deep into a conversation while a person speaks. For example, if a person is tugging or pulling at their hair it doesn't mean the person is interested in your physically or intimacy. Again, some people have psychological disorders that run deep into abuse, which explains why these people are pulling their hair.

Some of the most apparent gestures ever made are at what time a person places his/her hands over the mouth and says um, or ah. This obviously means that the person is saying shame on you. On the other hand if a person is using the hand to rub the eye, it doesn't always mean that a person is in disbelief or else having doubts of what you are saying. Some people rub the eyes while tired, if something is in the eye, or if they are enduring hay fever and/or allergies.

I've studied body languages, words, people, influences, environment and more all my life and to get me to call down judgment on a person's body language is not happening. I am firm believer from experience, observation therapy and so on that the words speak louder than any other form of communication made. However, if a person does not act on his or words, the words are meaningless. Some people have difficulty expressing their emotions and feelings, however if you listen to them talk, you will hear the answers spilling in between the lines of their words. If you want success, listen and hear what people are saying to you.
